The enclosure is constructed with a robust monoblock welded body using 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel, ensuring high structural strength and durability. The door is fabricated from 1.2 mm galvanized steel, while the mounting plate is made from 1.5 mm galvanized steel for enhanced load-bearing capacity.
The surface treatment includes a multi-stage process comprising iron phosphating and nano coating, followed by a RAL 7035 epoxy polyester outdoor powder coating, providing superior resistance against corrosion, UV exposure, and harsh environmental conditions.
The enclosure offers IP66 protection in accordance with IEC 60529, achieved through a high-quality polyurethane casting gasket, ensuring complete protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets.
It delivers mechanical impact resistance rated at IK10, compliant with TS EN 62262, and meets durability testing requirements as per TS EN 60068-2-75.
