Netcon Warranty Policy

Netcon ensures product quality with comprehensive warranty coverage

Netcon, the owner and quality guarantor of Netcon products, offers the following warranty periods to the end users:

  • Structured Cabling System: 25 Years
  • UPS Systems: 2 Years
  • Battery Bank: 1 Year
  • Outdoor UPS Solutions: 3 Years
  • Solar Solutions (Installed): 1 Year

The key point of System Warranty is that Netcon offers product and applications assurance of compliance with the industry performance standard appropriate to the class of product installed within the above-mentioned period from the date of issue of the Warranty Certificate.

  • Designing, installation and certification testing was effected by Netcon Certified Installer and this installer has not expired certificate of installation.
  • Only system components manufactured by Netcon were implemented into the Customer’s system.
  • Netcon components are to be purchased from the Netcon Authorized Partner, who has the right to provide extended warranty for them.
  • Netcon confirmed that all the forms are filled in correctly and test results are in compliance with specified standards.
  • Netcon owner was issued the certificate confirming the proper design of the project, installation quality and link compliance with international ISO/IEC 11801-2002 Standard.
  • Necessary requirements of warranty obligation were violated.
  • Any components’ defects or whole system malfunction is resulted from mechanical, thermal, chemical or any other impacts on Netcon component and force majeure (flood, fire, etc.).
  • Malfunction is resulted from faulty operation.

  • UPS Systems: 24 months (Single-phase, LI & Three-phase products)
  • Battery Bank: 12 months
  • Netcon will repair or replace defective product during the warranty period.
  • Warranty does not cover normal aging or reduction in battery capacity.
  • Warranty does not cover damages from improper storage, environment, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or shipping.
  • Periodic maintenance report must be provided for warranty claims.
  • Time of Service: Warranty service is available during Netcon or authorized distributor business hours.
  • Place of Service: Service will be provided on-site or at the nearest Netcon Service Center, depending on product type.
  • Proof of Purchase: Customers must present a valid purchase invoice to avail warranty services.
  • Products without proof of purchase, altered documents, or missing serial numbers are not eligible.
  • Netcon’s maximum liability shall not exceed the net purchase price of the product.
  • Netcon is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business interruptions, or costs related to removal, installation, or downtime.
  • Netcon reserves the right to change, update, or modify this warranty policy without prior notice.
  • No distributor, dealer, or agent is authorized to alter this warranty.
  • All disputes arising under this policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts located in New Delhi.
